Energy Labs' standard dampers feature an aluminum airfoil blade design to minimize pressure drop in the fully open damper position. Our airfoil design minimizes noise levels due to air movement. Damper seals have metal backing which provides excellent seal when damper is fully closed. Damper frames are constructed of 16 gauge galvanized steel with stainless steel side seals to prevent air leakage. Damper shafts are square which will prevent slips between damper shaft and damper blade.

LOUVERS

Energy Labs standard louvers are made of 18Ga. Galvanized steel, optional materials are 18Ga. 304 Stainless Steel, 18 ga. 316 stainless steel and 0.0641 ga. aluminum
All louvers are protected with rear mounted bird-screen; standard material is 1/2" mesh 19Ga. Woven Galvanized Steel. Optional material for bird-screen is 1/2" mesh 18 Ga. Stainless Steel.
Outside air louver and exhaust air louver utilize same frame construction
