Energy Labs offers U.L. 508 listed single-source power panels. These panels include a main disconnect switch, fuses, starters, transformer, H-O-A switches, relays, and pilot lights. Single-Source power panels simplify installation by allowing the job-site electrician to connect main power to each unit at a single point. NEMA 3R, NEMA 4X and NEMA 12 enclosures are available.

VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVES

Variable Frequency Drives offer the most efficient method or air volume control. By varying fan speed, the system can take advantage of fan laws to reduce the brake horsepower by the cube of the reduction in air volume. Significant reductions in sound power levels can also be expected.

In conjunction with our electrical expertise, Energy Labs builds a number of VFD options that include bypass and electrical line filtering. Integrating electrical capability allows us to improve quality at the lower overall cost.
